Enter into a double lounge/formal dining area on left and then walk into the Primary Bedroom on the right. With a comfy memory foam King bed and sitting area, this is a SPACIOUS room attached is a large bathroom with double vanity, shower AND large tub. There is also a large closet. Walk down the hall to find full laundry room on left including a sink and cabinetry. On the right is the 2nd bathroom between a KING bedroom and 3rd bedroom with 2 twins. The back 3rd of the house includes the open kitchen with island and 4 seat counter open to a large living area with informal dining area, leather sofa and 2 other comfy seats around a large smart TV. Out back is a bricked patio with BBQ and furniture, OR you can move that to the side and park your car in the back through the new driveway/gate. GREAT LOCATION and layout for 4-8. Live like locals in the classic New Orleans shotgun house!!
